I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT

We apologize for the mix-up and want to ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible! Feel free to send us an email at info@Huntr.com to notify us of the mix up within 7 days of your delivery. Please include your order number, name and email used on the order. Make sure to specify the issue: original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size. Please attach picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or wrong item.

SHIPPING

My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do? The shipping carrier is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your selected carrier. Do I have to pay customs & duties on international orders? Yes, international orders may be subject to additional customs and duties fees once they arrive in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not collected or paid by Huntr. As the customer, you are responsible for any additional fees required for delivery. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office for more information on potential charges.

SHIPPING ISSUES

HUNTR WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE  for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct information before submitting their order. If your item has not been shipped you may email us at info@Huntr.com to correct the shipping address. If your item has already been shipped we are unable to correct the shipping address.

DELIVERY FAILED

If your order is returned to our facility by USPS due to any address discrepancies you will be completely refunded.

WHY IS MY ORDER STILL IN "PRE-SHIPPMENT"?

Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order in. This does not mean your order is lost, it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days. Please only contact us about this if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Regrettably, we cannot cancel orders once they have been placed. We do try our best to make changes to orders before they are shipped, if needed, but we can not guarantee your email will be answered before the order is fulfilled.

PRE-ORDERS

ALL PRE-ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND CAN NOT BE CANCELLED. Once an order has been made for any exclusive pre-order drop we can not cancel, refund, or exchange an item. All sales are final. Please allow up to 30-60 business days for your items to ship. All pre-order updates will be made via our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)

COLOR DISCLAIMER

Due to variation in monitor settings, HUNTR makes no guarantees regarding color matches of product. Fabric colors represented on computer monitors/phone screens may vary due to variations in computer screens, resolution, color, tone or any other display settings.

RESTOCKS

Restocks will always depend on the popularity, requests, and demand of said items since we do want to keep things fresh in terms of items and always bring in new items.
