Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns for any items that are new, unworn, in the original packaging, and in resalable condition within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at info@huntrco.com.
(Please note: during any promotion or sale, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.)
Once a return label has been issued, the item must be received by USPS within 7 days of receiving the return label.
If you received a defective item or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience and will provide you with a prepaid return label.
HUNTR reserves the right to refuse a return or refund for any item that we deem to be damaged, worn, or altered in any way. If we receive a returned item that cannot be resold, we will notify you and offer to return the item to you at your expense. If you choose not to have the item returned, we will dispose of it responsibly.
Examples of items that cannot be resold:

Items with stains, tears, rips, pet hair

Items with strong odors (smoke, perfume, etc.)

Refunds
Once we have received your return and verify that it meets our return requirements, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Please allow up to 5 days for the return verification process. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless it was a mistake made on our part.
